Welcome to Dolphin Point #601A! This wonderful property is a 2 bedroom + 1 bunk room and 2 baths. This waterfront harbor condo is located in building 'A' of the Dolphin Point Condo Complex. This condo is on the 6th floor corner section and provides amazing views of the harbor and city! With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. Much time and attention has been spent keeping this property maintained and updated so your family can experience a pleasant stay. This location is only 5min walking distance to private gated beach access, includes 1 large pool (heated to early May), and is in a great location to explore the city of Destin.
I am the owner of this property and dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. For trips to the beach I provide guests with 1 beach cart, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 1 cooler.. Additionally, to help improve your stay I also provide extra housekeeping amenities not typically found with other rentals such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to receiving your reservation and hosting your group for a beach trip!
